The cryptocurrency exchange giant, Coinbase has filed a trademark application for its blue “C” logo to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
The filing chiefly covers:
- Marketplaces & auction services for NFTs, digital assets + crypto collectibles
- Software for purchasing & selling NFTs, digital assets + crypto collectibles
The application was filed on June 1.
The application’s goods and services includes an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of non-fungible assets, digital assets, as well as crypto collectibles.
Furthermore, the application says that its providing online auction services featuring non-fungible assets, digital assets, and crypto collectibles.
Coinbase also claimed to be an online non-downloadable software that enables users to create, exchange, sell, purchase, and transmit non-fungible assets, digital assets, and crypto collectibles.
It is about time that Coinbase filed for its logo. Many crypto companies have done the same. Coinbase is constantly growing and it needed a copyright for its logo.
