The American ticketing firm Ticketmaster announced that it will mint ticket NFTs in partnership with Dapper Labs’ Flow blockchain for enhancing the fan event experience. The firm will mint ticket NFTs for selected events to bring new experiences to users.
Ticketmaster will issue NFTs for event organizers to offer fans live events prior to the event, during, and even after it. Additionally, fans can share digital souvenirs to earn unique loyalty rewards, VIP participation chances, and more.
Mickey Maher, Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Dapper Labs, highlighted that the partnership with Ticketmaster will let millions of fans of live events immortalize, share and liven up their IRL experiences through NFTs
