BitBoy Says Bahamian Pig Tweet Was a Joke, Court Warns Him Not to Repeat

The controversial and accused YouTube influencer in the bankrupt FTX case, Ben Armstrong AKA “BitBoy Crypto” got discharged from the Show Cause Order after finally appearing in court.

Judge Damian in this case was amazing. Will be posting the transcripts as soon as they are available.

The court has summoned BitBoy Crypto for making a sarcastic comment on the FTX case’s class-action lawyer,  Adam Moskowitz.

Also, the court Judge Damian has warned him not to post or make harassing comments again directed to  Adam Moskowitz, his family, or his partners. If he disobeys the court’s order, then it could result in the imposition of sanctions, including contempt proceedings.

Judge Damian also said that there’s thin air between free speech and harassment. “Think before you publicly comment,” she said.

While attending the hearing, Ben Armstrong told the federal court that a sarcastic tweet he posted about Adam Moskowitz was just a joke, he has never intended to harass.

Armstrong is accused along with other influencers in the bankrupt crypto exchange, FTX case of promoting and misleading investors.

He also asked for an apology for missing a previous court appearance on April 20 after being summoned from the court.

In addition to Moskowitz’s concern about the potential risk from Armstrong’s followers, Judge made a request to the defendants to tell his follower to stay out of any threatening activities.

He also denied Moskowitz’s allegations that he called him threatening to shoot, although, the judge send these allegations to the FBI to look after. However,  Armstrong showed regrets to use inappropriate language in emails.
