One of the most popular NFT collection y00ts is migrating to Ethereum, just a few months after it choosing Polygon as its primary chain. This NFT collection was originally launched on Solana and it migrated to Polygon in March.
y00ts officially announced on X that it will be ‘migrating to Ethereum’ citing they are returning 100% grants previously provided by Polygon.
The founder of the y00ts and DeGod Labs, Frank said,”We tried our best to make it work but we just need to bring our 2 communities together.” He also stated that Season 3 will be all about DeGods.
DeLabs, the company behind the NFT project, also hints merging its another NFT project DeGods with y00ts. “We still love Polygon, It’s just time to unite the DeGods & y00ts communities,” says the announcement.
In December 2022, DeLabs announced that y00ts will be moving to Polygon from Solana with Ethereum L2 Polygon offering a $3 million grant for the move.
DeGods is currently the 6th biggest NFT collection in terms of market cap which is 87,150 ETH or approximately $161 million.
