Coinbase Users Face Issues In Wallet Access, Shows Zero Balance

A technical error blocked users from accessing their wallet, some said that their balance is showing zero.

The leading crypto exchange Coinbase is having technical issues on its wallet with several users stating that they are unable to access their exchange wallet.

While users reported on social media platforms, that they are facing trouble accessing wallets, some were stressed on the exchange that it’s not displaying assets in their wallet. Coinbase was showing zero balance in wallets despite users having funds in their accounts.

As users were worried about their funds, Coinbase updated on its product status page that it’s investigating the problem. “While we work on a fix, your funds remain secure,” it added.

The team later released statements on X citing that they have resolved the wallet issue and claimed that wallet balances are showing balances correctly.

We’re aware that some Coinbase Wallet customers may see an error screen when creating a new wallet or importing an existing wallet. This is also causing a display issue where some assets show a 0 balance – rest assured your funds are safe while our teams work on a fix.
