Cozomo de’ Medici, the famous American rapper Snoop Dogg, posted on Twitter that XCOPY’s Right-click and Save As Guy NFT, which he bought at $7 million, received the offer of $0.00.
On December 6, 2018, this NFT was initially minted. Beeple’s historic Everydays auction, the iconic piece that featured on BBC World News, helped signal a change in the public’s perception of NFTs. Cozomo de’ Medici bought this NFT for $7 million (1600 ETH) on December 9, 2021.
Medici’s purchase represented a more than 3,500 percent increase in the artwork’s value because this well-known NFT piece had only ever been sold twice before, for $90 (1 ETH) and $174,195 (99 ETH), respectively.
This year, Medici has received an offer worth $0, and he mentioned this on his Twitter account. However, just after some time of his tweet, someone made an offer on the NFT for 0.069ETH ($109).
