The recent review on the number of downloads for Phantom Wallet app has put the application in 3rd position in the utility category on Apple App Store. The Solana-only self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet is currently among the top utility downloads, putting it behind Google and Google Chrome.
Moreover, the crypto world is brimming with excitement after SOL Season was predicted to be forthcoming by analysts. According to some, this rise indicates wider adoption as well as interest in Solana’s ecosystem and its native currency, SOL. “Seems like the $SOL season is going to be BIG! What SOL coins shall I buy?” asked Evan Luthra, a crypto investor.
This major milestone comes after Phantom recorded seven million active users in April. Although it began only supporting Solana, Phantom now has Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Polygon blockchains too.
