The NFT collector turned creator, Gary Vaynerchuk, seems to have found his new venture into the NFT space. According to a USPTO filing, Gary Vee has applied to launch his own Web3 consulting arm by trademarking the brand name “VAYNER3” and its logo.
VAYNER3 will offer technical and business consulting services, as well as advertising, marketing, and promotion in the fields of NFTs, metaverse, and other metaverse activities.
The entrepreneur has made headlines for his massive NFT conference, popularly known as ‘VeeCon’. And it appears that he is getting deeper into the NFT business, as his Web3 IP agency VaynerNFT has filed for two trademarks.

One is for the word or brand name VAYNER3, and the other is for the logo of the Web3 consultancy firm. The latter is described as an “inverted triangle and three diagonal lines running parallel to one side of the inverted triangle” in the filing. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) dated the filing on May 25th & 26th.
