The award-winning rappers, Eminem and Snoop Dogg released a new collaborative single called “From the D 2 the LBC,” which features Bored Ape Yacht Club.
Dr. Dre’s prodigies stunned everyone when they appeared at the world’s largest NFT event, ApeFest 2022.
Then, Eminem tweeted about the music video “From The D 2 the LBC”, displaying a comic book Bored Ape-styled aesthetic that represented the rappers’ connection to NFT collection Bored Ape.
The music video is a partially animated new video that shows the two rappers occasionally transforming into Bored Ape comic avatars.
In 2020, Eminem, also known as Marshall Mathers, and Snoop, also known as Cozomo de’ Medici for their NFT communities, hit a snag in their long-standing friendship.
Snoop Dogg has a strong presence in the NFT space. Snoop Dogg has already announced plans to open an BAYC NFT-themed restaurant.
However, Eminem is new to the space, having discovered BAYC NFT and purchasing the Ape #9055 at 123.45 Ether (worth $453k) earlier this year.
